Bootcamp Training
Enjoy a fun, motivating, and challenging 6 week bootcamp with a group of friends or family. The workouts are designed for men and women of all fitness levels and they increase in intensity as the weeks go on. The training will focus on circuit training, upper & lower body training, core, TRX suspension training, Crossfit, and boxing. Whether you want to get lean, ripped or bulk up this is the way to go. The workouts are always different which keeps you from getting bored and best of all creates muscle confusion in the body, allowing you to get the best results you want.
Group Training
Get in shape with a a group of friends or family members. Keeps the environment fun, but also pushes you to do the best. *Maximum of 4 people per class*
